An output method for a better working brand
1. Why do you study? How do you know you learn what you studied/read.
- If you cannot make your working performance better, it is not a study, and so you did not learn from what you studied/read at all.
2. How do you study?
- There are different ways to study, it depends on why you study.
For example, if you are studying for a language skill, culture. It is a long term project and need to study daily when you are waiting for your customer. The studying material could be pocket size that easy to read and carry.
If you are stuying for a current case for the work, in order to understand your customer's demand, for instance. Quickly reaserch for the base knowledge of the industry and find question to ask among your human resources.
3. How do you be a better performace by studying.
4. A series of good living habit.
- read news daily.
- make time to study/read daily, so you won't let sudden appointment make your time aparts.
- time management. A person cannot manage oneself's own time, then forget about managing a team/company. (I really dig in this sentence!!)
- read non-fiction, so you won't waste your time on dreaming what if you were the main actor/ actress of the novel, and confused with (compain about)the reality too much.
- read/study for SOMEONE, not for yourself. To serve others better so you want to have a better performace.
Things like life of lesspaper, don't pile up your desk, writing a dairy, you don't need to finish the whole book etc... I enjoy reading this book so much, and I hope you will like it too!!
