>>Book List<<

Well, there are many books could help you to learn Japanese, or any kind of language.
But there are only few of them could HELP you,
basically, books are TOOL.

If you are using computer/cell phone everyday, but there is always something bugging you that you cannot use it smoothly.
For example, whenever you turn on your PC, you always need to wait over 5 minutes to start your work.
Or, whenever you want to make a call, you cannot find your address book.

Books that help you to study Japanes is similar.
If you chose a book that cannot make you comfortable, cannot help you to understand Japanese or any other reasons to STOP you reading, then it is not the book for you.

You could get on Internet and read other readers' reviews about books.
then,
Go to the bookstore, check one by one.
Check the layout, check how to use the book efficiently, check the printed fonts...
Anything that you care and/or anything that could make you feeling....

Yes, I want to studying Japanese!!

自由自在に話せる独学日本語〈1〉中国語版

I started with this book.

I am living in Japan, therefore, there are more books about studying any language, except Japanese.
If there are books for studying Japanese, there are books of Japanese-Japanese, meaning, all the explaination are written in Japanese too.

Surely, I had studying materials like Japanese-Japanese too.
But it is limited to help me to understand, to learn Japanese.

Since I decided to start from the beginning. I went to a bigger bookstore that sells Internal books.

I was surprised that there are many options nowadays, for Chinese, Korean, and other foriegners who are living in Japan learning Japanese.

I read one by one both for English and Chinese learners, I checked the methods of using the books.
Then I found this one.

In the begining of the book, it clearly stated that it is for a self-learner use.
I like its simple samples, side notes, and the exercises, most of all, I like its layout of studying Japanese gradually.

Next time, you could take a look too.

自由自在に話せる独学日本語〈2〉中国語版

After studying the 自由自在に話せる独学日本語〈1〉中国語版, I went back to bookstore for the Second version.

The 1st one was pretty easy for me, it covered most of fundamental grammar.

Forehead

This is a blog that Christmas uses for studing Japanese.

There is a book list that I am using for this blog and/or recommend for studying Japanese.

I would be using English mainly in this blog, since my Chinese typing is super slow. Sometimes I will use Chinese as well.

My aim this year, 2009, is to pass the JLPT level One.

I have been self-studying Japanese since 2006 on and off.
And I took the JLPT yearly.

Last year, 2008, when I took the level 2 exam, I realized that my basic grammar was very poor. Although I have been living in Japan for 2 and half years, my conversation is still full of mistakes. Shame on me!

Therefore, I decided to start from the beginning again.
